Satisfaction Guarantee.  eKnowledge, Inc. offers a 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee on all eKnowledge PowerPrep Software. We strive to deliver what we have promised and what our customers expect.

If you find that our software is not a great value within 14-Days of shipment, you may request a refund for ANY reason or no reason. All refunds are subject to a modest tracking and handling charge of $5.00 per program* allowing you to purchase with confidence.

Due to the Strategic nature of our software services, we cannot refund money after 14-Days of product shipment for any reason.

Shipment Guarantee. All products are shipped within 2-3 business days of payment receipt and are warranted to arrive in good working condition.
If your order does not arrive within 10-Days of shipment or does not function as expected, please contact our office immediately.

If we do not hear from you within 30-Days of shipment, we will assume that you have received a functional product.

If your program does not arrive or you believe it is not functioning properly, you must contact us within 30 days of the shipment date. All requests for replacement products made after the 30 day period has expired will be subject to the following shipping/handling fees: $5.00 per Standard, and $10.00 per Premium program.
